Moving Tips and Advice
How to Pack Like a Pro (Without Going Crazy)
Start Early, But Not Too Early
Don’t start packing 2 months before – your stuff will just sit in boxes and you’ll forget where everything is. 2-3 weeks is perfect for most homes.
Pack One Room at a Time
Trying to pack your whole house at once is a recipe for chaos. Start with rooms you use least (like guest bedroom) and work your way to kitchen and bathroom last.
The Box Rule
If you can’t lift the box easy, its too heavy. Better to use more boxes than hurt your back or have the bottom fall out.
